and scroll through to find a Promotional giveaway for the number of Promotional Items you would like to Purchase and a prize you would like to win. The value of each prize and odds of winning will be listed in the applicable Facebook post.

Pick an available spot and post a comment the number of the available spot that you wish for your name to appear beside in the comment field below the post.

When all spots are taken, payment instructions for Promotional Giveaway will be posted. Contestants will receive a notification in their Facebook “notifications” when payment instructions are posted. Contestants
should ensure that they “turn on notifications” for the applicable post. Contestants are responsible for monitoring when payment instructions are posted. Kings & Queens Inc is not responsible for a contestant’s failure to miss a payment notification resulting in the disqualification of such contestant to participate in a Promotional giveaway. If a contestant fails to make the applicable payment Within twenty-four (24) hours of the payment instructions being posted, the contestant’s “spot” in
the Promotional Giveaway may be released and become available to new contestants. Unless other wise stated in the contest draw, Example: Quick fill/fast pay ect. time lines to be determined on the particular contest draw. Payment must be
received in order for an entrant to participate in the draw.

When payment is received by all contestants, Kings and Queens Inc will update the original contest post to include a time for a live Facebook broadcast to determine the winner. As such, contestants will be notified as to the time of the live Facebook broadcast by way of Facebook “notification”.

The winner will be announced via live Facebook broadcast held in
[Edmonton Alberta OR Cold Lake Alberta]
from all eligible entries received. Winners will be determined at random using the randomizer at random.org. A Wheel will be spun with the numbers 3 thru 8 on the wheel to determine the number of times the name randomizer will reorganize the list. To ensure authenticity the number one (1) and two (2) and (3) will not be used. Once a number between Four (4) and (9) has been spun we will use "Run a Giveaway" via random.org to randomize the entrant’s names the corresponding number of times spun. The top three (3) names (or as indicated by post) selected will be announced on our live broadcast and
posted on the original post for the said Promotional Giveaway on our Facebook Page. The first name drawn will have one (1) chance to answer a skill-testing question correctly to claim the prize. If the first
name drawn answers the question incorrectly the second name drawn will have one (1) chance to
answer the skill-testing question. If the second name drawn answers the question incorrectly the
third name drawn will have one (1) chance to answer the skill-testing question. In the event that all three names drawn are unable to answer the skill-testing question correctly the first name drawn will still be eligible to win but will be provided with a new skill-testing question and have one (1) chance to answer the new skill-testing question correctly. The second name drawn will be provided with the new skill-testing question to answer in the event that the first name drawn is unable to answer correctly and will be provided with one (1) chance to answer it correctly. The third name drawn will be provided with the new skill-testing question to answer in the event that
the second name drawn is unable to answer correctly and will be provided with one (1) chance to answer it correctly. This process will continue until an individual whose name was drawn answers the skill-testing question correctly. The winner will be notified that they have won by their name being posted on our Facebook Page and the winner will be tagged in the original post or the said Purchase within seven (7)calendar days of the draw date. The winner will have ten (10) calendar days from notification to accept the prize and collect the prize at a specified location agreed upon by the parties or to request that the prize be mailed or shipped to them at a specified
address. Any shipping costs associated with mailing a prize will be borne by the winner unless
otherwise agreed upon between the winner and Kings and Queens INC

All contests held in
combination with "Promotional giveaways" require NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. In order to obtain a
free entry to participate in a "Promotional giveaway”  a written request must be sent to
wraffle780@gmail.com which request will include twenty-seven (27) pictures of yourself dancing and/or working out, as well as a 5000 word essay on why social media was once great . Once obtained, Kings and Queens INC. will provide you with a skill-testing question, which must be answered correctly in order to gain entry to participate in the draw. Participants will get
one chance to answer the skill-testing question correctly per draw and free entry request. All
pictures must be provided and the skill-testing question must be answered while spots are still
available for the desired Promotional giveaway. Pictures previously submitted will not qualify;
new pictures must be submitted in connection with each free entry requested.

FULL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS:
By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations and the
decisions of Kings and Queens INC., which are final.
All entrants must be individuals legally residing in Canada who are the age of majority in their
Province of Territory of resident at the time of entry into the Promotional giveaway . Promotional Giveaways are not open to residents of Quebec. Kings and Queens Inc reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding the prize. If a minor is selected, the parent or legal guardian of the selected entrant must sign an affidavit, in order for their child to be declared the winner. The prize will be issued in the parent or legal guardian’s name. Employees, agents and representatives of Kings and Queens Inc and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and its advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win, nor are the parents, siblings and children of any such employee, agent or representative or any person with whom such employee, agent or representative is domiciled. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. this contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Kings and Queens Inc. is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or
other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic that may prevent an entrant’s eligibility in the contest.
Kings and Queens Inc is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, Kings and Queens Inc. reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible entrant for that prize. The selected entrants may be required to complete, sign and return to Kings and Queens Inc. a Promotional giveaway Release Form. If a selected entrant(s) fails to complete, sign and return the Promotional giveaway Release Form, Kings and Queens Inc reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible entrant for that prize. By completing, signing and returning the
Promotional Release Form, the entrant (i) confirms compliance with these Contest Rules and
Regulations, (ii) releases and forever discharges Kings and Queens Inc., its affiliates and
subsidiaries, and its respective advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, demands,
damages, actions and causes of action arising or to arise by reason of the acceptance or use of the
prize, and (iii) gives permission to Kings and Queens Inc., at their option, to publish or
otherwise use the entrant’s name, address, photograph, voice and comments, without
compensation, in any publicity carried out by Kings and Queens INC or its respective advertising agencies.

publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook. By
participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Facebook and the
employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Facebook, its parent
company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, harmless from
any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the contest
or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation,
